Rules and Regulations
Reservations must be made 24 hours prior to the service being rendered.
We do NOT provide alcohol on any of our limousines, but you are welcome to bring your own beverages and/or snacks for your trip. We do have glassware on all of our vehicles.
Rates begin when vehicle leaves the garage for pickup and ends when passengers are dropped off at final destination designated on reservation. Long distance one-way trips WILL be charged at current rate for limo returning empty if drop-off location is more than 4 hours away from garage. All rentals require a 3 hour minimum rental charge regardless of the time needed.
Service provided during the following holidays will be assessed at 120% of the published charge: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
High School Prom Rates
Service provided for any High School Proms will be assessed at 125% of the published charge.
A 20% driver gratuity is in addition to the base pricing and will be shown seperately in the pricing.
All tolls, parking fees, and other out-of-pocket expenses will be the responsibility of the customer and added to the customers charges.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a deposit of 20%. Deposits are subject to forfeiture of 50% if trip is cancelled more than 15 days but less than 30 days prior to the trip, and forfeiture of the total amount if cancelled 15 days or less prior to the trip.
Over night trips
For any overnight trips, hotel costs will be billed in addition to the limousine reservation rates. If vehicle is not driven on a specific day of an overnight trip, there still is an 8 hour charge, due to vehicle not being able to handle other reservations.
Payment must be made in full 14 days prior to reservation date. If reservation date is within 14 days, full payment must be made when reservation is made.
